Vendor Information
The following is a list of instructions for vending at Court Street Square during our concert series. These instructions apply only for our concert series and do not include Festivals or other events.
1. You must obtain a temporary sellers permit for the City of San Bernardino. . (The cost is about $10.00 and the permit is valid for one month) You can obtain the permit at the City Clerks office on the second floor of City Hall. The address is 300 North D St. San Bernardino.
2. Space rental is on a space available basis. We do not reserve space.
3. Our space fee is $20.00. Space fee is due when you set up your equipment.
4. Vendors may set up after 3:30 p.m. but no later than 5:30 p.m. Our concerts start at 6:00 p.m.
5. You are responsible for meeting Health Department Code.
6. Only items suitable for a family atmosphere will be allowed to be sold.
7. You must supply your own electrical cord.
8. You must supply a protective covering under your booth if there is a chance of your product spilling over.
9. Rules of conduct for Court Street Square must be observed by vendors.
